They're generally low-maintenance, don't take up much room, and pack a serious flavor punch. Plus, the aroma alone will transform your balcony into a fragrant escape!Basil: Oh, the sweet, peppery goodness of fresh basil! From classic Italian dishes to vibrant pesto, basil is a must-have. It thrives in sunny spots and can be easily grown in pots on a windowsill or balcony. Pinch off the top leaves regularly to encourage bushier growth and more deliciousness! There are so many fun varieties too, like Genovese, Thai, and Lemon basil – experiment and find your favorites!Mint: Get ready for a refreshing explosion! Mint is super versatile, perfect for teas, cocktails, and adding a zing to salads and desserts. It's also incredibly easy to grow, maybe even a little too enthusiastic! We recommend growing it in its own container to prevent it from taking over your other plants.
